HARD MONEY

In our early days, we needed capital for our entrepreneurial ventures. Depending on the deal, we needed either high leverage, loan purchase or construction financing and by borrowing this “hard to find” money, we succeeded with excellent deals.
We know what it’s like to not fit into the tradition bank products and we want to help. Because we’ve been on both sides, we know what works for the borrower and for the lender.
