SIG has been involved in industrial property since the early 2000’s, though Mr. Kasson’s involvement goes back further. His projects with his prior firm involved the re-development and management of nearly 1 million square feet of industrial space in New Jersey.
Currently, SIG is currently involved in the development of over 3 million square feet of warehouse and distribution center space on over 400 acres. SIG portfolio companies have enough land for a 10 million square foot eventual pipeline. These projects play well into Mr. Georgiou’s engineering background and the firm’s overall analytical approach.
