We see our properties as intertwined with the community.
When our properties serve the needs of the communities in which they reside, the communities themselves have an interest in our success. The only way we can maintain a sustainably rented property is if it provides a component of what the community needs to thrive. If the space does not provide an economic benefit to the community, there can be no economic benefit to the owner.
Success for us means a property that rises to its highest use by best meeting the needs of the community. Only as a result of that will it result in a financially successful property.
