Kostas Georgiou
Co-founder
Mr. Georgiou is a co-founder of SIG and has primary responsibility overseeing the operations and the financing of the multi-family portfolio.
Prior to co-founding SIG, Mr. Georgiou acquired, renovated and operated a portfolio of multi-family assets for his own account while he was also an executive for a Department of Defense contractor dealing with electronic systems for the military.
Mr Georgiou serves his community in various ways, including through his service as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Wardlaw + Hartridge School. He is a devoted husband and father and he is also an avid New York Yankees fan.
